Business trip restaurant record_(Jeonju) Bean Sprout Rice Soup

Hello.

I went on a business trip to Jeonju!

 

 

After having some drinks the previous night,

I thought of bean sprout soup when I thought of Jeonju,

So I had a bowl!

The bean sprout soup restaurant I visited was

called Migaok.

Their business hours are from 6 AM to 2 PM.

First of all,

The menu only has bean sprout soup. Haha.

When you order bean sprout soup,

They first serve you a small amount of rice and some side dishes.

 

 

If you put the salted seafood from the side dishes on the seaweed and eat it,

It tastes great! Haha.

As you eat,

The main dish, bean sprout soup, comes out! Haha.

 

 

Take a sip of the broth first,

And then eat the soft-boiled egg as described next to the menu! Haha.

 

 

Put 2-3 sheets of seaweed in the egg, add some broth,

And mix it well,

Then slurp it up! Haha.

 

 

 

 

Although I took the video alone and it didn't come out looking very appetizing,

The egg was really fresh and delicious!
